DEO ("we", "us") sells frozen ginger and lemon drops in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at any time at hello@deome.io.

Order details: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number where provided, and what you ordered.

Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive confirmation of payment and a reference.

Community and email signups: your name, email address and the answers you choose to give us, such as your motivation for wanting to be healthy.

Usage data: basic, privacy-conscious information about how the site is used, so we can improve it.

To take and deliver your order, handle refunds and subscriptions, answer your messages, run the DEO community, keep proper business and tax records, and improve our products and website.

Our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (orders), your consent (marketing and community emails, which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests (running and improving DEO), and legal obligations (accounting and consumer law).

We share data only with the service providers we need to run DEO: our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery partners, our email and hosting providers, and our accountants. We never sell your personal data.

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing and community signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. Email hello@deome.io and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We keep cookies to a minimum. We use only what is needed to make the site and checkout work, plus simple, cookie-free analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
