DEO sells frozen ginger and lemon drops in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@deome.io.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to order, and you must give accurate delivery and contact details at checkout.

DEO Drops are £14.99 per pack of 12 as a one-off purchase, or £11.99 per pack on a subscription. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if we do.

We deliver to United Kingdom only. DEO Drops are a frozen product and must be kept frozen on arrival. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel and move it to a freezer promptly. We are not responsible for product that spoils because a delivery was left unattended against our instructions.

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

A subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout, at the subscription price then in force, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change.

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@deome.io from the address used at checkout. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. In short: if your drops arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 40 days of delivery and we will refund or replace them.

As DEO Drops are perishable frozen food, the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for online purchases does not apply once goods have been delivered. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

DEO Drops contain organic ginger and organic lemon. They are a food, not a medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, taking medication or have a health condition, speak to a qualified professional before making changes to your diet.

Always check the pack for storage and best-before information and keep the drops frozen until use.

All content on this site, including text, images, branding and the DEO name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order is the one that applies.
